Artist's Statement:
Haight Street and Ashbury Street was were the hippie revolution started. It still continues to this day there. Since it was the start of the hippie revolution, I bet it is one of the most peaceful places in the world. Let's just get in there and shoot daily life. If we can't find peace just walking around the Haight, peace doesn't exist.
So, I thought that since this isn't a narrative and there is no dialogue, I would have no need for a script. I could just walk down the street and film peace as I see it happening.
